Wellness Activities

The college offers a variety of activities that promote wellness and healthy choices.

Wellness Week reminds the student body that it needs a workout and about the importance of keeping healthy! Different programs include kickboxing, yoga, and healthy eating. 

Alcohol Awareness Week educates students on healthy choices along with the consequences and dangers of alcohol. One of the events is a simulated drunk driving accident, “Crash at Noon.” Students see a re-creation of a tragedy that would have been avoided if the driver was more responsible. Students had the chance to see firsthand how the choices you make not only affect your life, but the lives of others.

Romance and Responsibility Week is a week that not only celebrates romance with some fun activities but also educates our students on the importance of self protection with self defense classes and relationship education.
